FILE PRIVACY

Server copies are removed after processing.

PDF previews happen in your browser. Files that need server processing, including conversions, text inspection, form-field detection and PDF exports, are sent to our Google Cloud service in the United States. Temporary server files are removed when each request ends; we do not keep a document library or train AI on your documents.

Your local working copy stays in this browser until you use Clear draft or Clear local files. Use your own device for private documents.

Before you start.

Will every file work perfectly?

No. Complex layouts, missing fonts, scans and interactive content can affect the result. Each tool lists its supported files and limits before you start. Keep your original and review the free export before buying more.

Can I change text that's already in a PDF?

Yes, for supported horizontal Latin text blocks. Select Edit existing text to see what's editable. Replacements use Helvetica; long text doesn't automatically reflow. Preview carefully. Use the separate OCR tool to make scanned printed text searchable. OCR does not guarantee that text can be edited without affecting its layout.

When do I need an account or payment?

You can choose files and use the PDF editor preview before signing up. Sign in to process or export a file. Verify your email for the free export; after that choose a $9 one-time seven-day pass or $12 monthly plan. Each successful result, including a ZIP, uses one export. Check your first result before buying more.

Will my work survive checkout?

The editor draft and tool working files are saved in this browser. Return to the same browser after checkout to continue. Browser storage must be available; private browsing or clearing site data can remove it. Keep your original file. Use Clear draft or Clear local files when finished.

Does the seven-day pass renew?

No. It costs $9 once and expires after seven days. Only the Monthly plan renews, and you can cancel it from Manage billing.

Is it fast on larger PDFs?

Previews render locally, one page at a time, and adding text or signatures updates immediately. Export runs on a native PDF engine. File complexity, the selected tool, device speed and network connection affect the time. The general PDF limit is 20 MB and 100 pages; each tool shows any additional limits.
